Our platform provides each seller with a personal online shop to manage their business. 2. Acceptance of Terms By using Eljmla, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use our platform. 3. Important Terms and Their Meanings • "Eljmla" refers to the online marketplace platform. • "Seller" refers to individuals or businesses listing and selling products. • "Buyer" refers to individuals purchasing products from sellers. • "Product" refers to dresses, accessories, and other listed fashion items. • "Transaction" refers to a completed order between a buyer and a seller. 4. Eljmla’s Role as a Marketplace Eljmla provides a platform where sellers can create and manage their own online shop. Each seller can: • Add their logo, shop name, and shop description. • List products with descriptions and images. • Categorize products for easy browsing. Eljmla does not own or manage inventory, nor do we get involved in transactions between buyers and sellers. The seller is responsible for managing their shop, handling orders, and communicating with customers. 5. Seller Responsibilities and Obligations Sellers are fully responsible for: • Uploading accurate product listings with clear descriptions and images. • Managing their shop details, branding, and product categories. • Setting fair prices and keeping stock availability updated. • Communicating with buyers regarding orders, shipping, and inquiries. • Processing and shipping orders on time. • Handling returns, refunds, and cancellations based on their policies. Eljmla is not responsible for any issues related to product listings, order fulfillment, or customer service. 6. Shipping, Delivery, and Order Fulfillment Sellers must: • Arrange for shipping and provide accurate delivery estimates. • Share tracking information with buyers. • Ensure timely and secure delivery of all orders. Eljmla is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or disputes related to shipping. 7. Communicating with Buyers Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly. Eljmla does not get involved in conversations between buyers and sellers unless necessary. 8. Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellations • Sellers must clearly state their return and refund policies on their product listings. • Buyers should read and understand the return policy before making a purchase. • Any return, refund, or cancellation must be handled directly between the seller and the buyer. Eljmla is not responsible for processing returns, issuing refunds, or handling disputes between buyers and sellers. 9. Buyer Responsibilities and Expectations Buyers must: • Provide accurate shipping address and payment details. • Read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. • Communicate directly with sellers regarding any concerns. 10. Product Listing Rules and Guidelines Sellers must ensure that their product listings: • Are truthful, clear, and not misleading. • Include high-quality images and detailed descriptions. • Do not violate any intellectual property rights. Eljmla has the right to remove any listings that violate these guidelines. 11. Payments, Fees, and Seller Earnings • Buyers must complete payments through Eljmla’s approved payment methods. o Cash upon Delivery • Sellers will not be charged of any platform fees for listing and transactions. • Eljmla adds a 5% marketing fee to each listed product. • This 5% fee will be randomly discounted as a promotion on selected products once a month to boost sales. • Sellers receive their earnings directly from buyers. 12. Handling Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers If a dispute arises, the buyer and seller should try to resolve it directly. If no solution is reached, Eljmla may assist, but we do not guarantee a resolution. 13. Eljmla’s Liability Disclaimer • Eljmla only provides a platform for transactions but does not sell, store, or ship products. • Eljmla is not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, or disputes between buyers and sellers. • Eljmla does not offer guarantees, warranties, or refunds on behalf of sellers. • Buyers and sellers use the platform at their own choice. 14. Activities Not Allowed on Eljmla Sellers and buyers may not: • List counterfeit, illegal, or misleading products. • Provide false product descriptions. • Engage in fraudulent transactions. • Use the platform for non-business activities. 15. Protecting Intellectual Property Sellers must ensure that they have the legal right to sell their products and that their branding does not violate trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights. 16. Privacy and Security of User Information Eljmla follows data protection laws and keeps user information secure. However, sellers and buyers should also take necessary precautions to protect their personal information. 17. Creating and Managing an Eljmla Account Sellers and buyers must provide accurate information when registering. Each user is responsible for keeping their account details secure. 18. Account Suspension or Termination Eljmla may suspend or terminate accounts that: • Violate marketplace policies. • Engage in fraud or illegal activities. • Receive multiple complaints from buyers or sellers. 19. Changes to These Terms Eljmla may update these terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to check for any changes. If you continue to use Eljmla after updates are made, it means you accept the new terms. 20. Legal Rules and Dispute Resolution • These terms are governed by applicable laws. • Any disputes must first be resolved between the buyer and seller before taking legal action. 21.
